Nothing goes together with Christmas better than Disney and all the whimsical magic they create.
This year Disney is presenting the Christmas Day Parade on ABC starting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern and featuring some of your favorite TV, film, and recording artists.
Julianne Hough and Nick Lachey will be hosting from Walt Disney World in Florida and kicking it back to Jesse Palmer, Olivia Rodrigo, and my favorite Goldberg, Sean Giambrone from Disneyland Park, California. As the parade is led by beloved Disney characters we all cherish, there will be performances by Idina Menzel, Ciara, Darius Rucker, Fifth Harmony, Fitz and the Tantrums, Jason Derulo, 98 Degrees, and Lea Michelle, plus more!
In addition to some details Disney already shared during last month’s holiday special (Toy Story Land and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge), there’s some exciting new information, viewers will learn about the new Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, planned to open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This is the first ever Mickey-themed ride-through attraction and will feature a new original story and lovable theme song!
If that isn’t enough, you can also purchase special interactive Mickey or Minnie ears to “Glow at Home” live during the show!
Leveraging Bluetooth® technology, the Shop Disney Parks app enables viewers wearing the new 3.0 edition ear hats at home to sync with the Christmas Day special playing on the viewers’ TVs or other devices. You will feel like a real part of the show!
