Swift take: I haven’t had this many goosebumps over a trailer since the Avengers “No Strings” trailer. What can I add to this incredible geek feeding frenzy that you might have missed? Well, I did notice Luke uses the present tense when speaking about his father. A bit odd, no?
Also, I noticed this started out with a cross desert trip, similar to Abrams’ Star Trek trailer. I know a lot of people were upset that Disney was taking ownership from Lucas, but these are the same people that cried woe when they watched Phantom Menace. Which is it, you want Lucas to keep it or do you want it to be “good again”?
